You [client] agree to cancel reservations at least 8 hours prior to your pick up time; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. 3. Online quote and prepayment is based on the minimum hourly rate of the vehicle type and does not reflect actual rate for your trip. 4. Prepaid rates cannot be combined with any promotional offer, voucher or certificate. 5. Prepaid rates are subject to availability. 6. Prepayment does not guarantee a reservation. All accepted reservations will be confirmed via phone or via email. If you have not received email or phone confirmation it means your reservation has not been accepted and is not valid. 7. For the minimal hourly reservations, there is a three hour minimum charge for most vehicles and a four hour minimum charge for the Sprinter Van. 8. The minimal hourly rate does not include a 20% gratuity. 9. Please note that due to the nature of the prepaid rates, we cannot provide a single receipt for a prepaid reservations. Two receipts will be provided - one receipt for the prepaid amount and one receipt for the remainder of charges. 10.
